The Fall meeting of the SURA Board of Trustees and the SURA Standing Committees will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Washington, DC/US Capitol on First Street, NE. SURA has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the rate of $209 through Wednesday, October 15, 2014. To reserve your room, please call the hotel’s Central Reservation department at 1-800-STAY-HGI and inform them you are with the SURA Board of Trustees Meeting prior to October 15.
The Board Reception will be held at the Capitol Visitor Center on Capitol Hill. Invitations will be sent at a future date. RSVP’s will be requested. All attendees will be transported to the reception on the SURA shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn. It is suggested that guests wear their SURA meeting name badge and leave prohibited items in their hotel rooms, and expect to pass through a magnetometer before entering the building.
The Hilton Garden Inn Washington, D.C./U.S. Capitol is located at 1225 First Street in Northeast Washington, D.C., in the growing NoMA neighborhood. The Hotel is situated adjacent to the NoMA-Galludet Metro (Red Line) stop.
